Na sess\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria desta segunda-feira, 16 de mar\u00e7o, foi aprovado, por meio do Substitutivo N\u00ba 84<\/a>, o Projeto de Lei N\u00ba 266\/2025<\/a>, do vereador Guilherme Guido (PL), que estabelece diretrizes para a pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica Adote um Espa\u00e7o Esportivo. A proposta altera a reda\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei N\u00ba 6126\/2018<\/a>, que disp\u00f5e sobre parcerias para manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, reforma e amplia\u00e7\u00e3o dos centros comunit\u00e1rios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Na pr\u00e1tica, conforme a justificativa, o projeto amplia o escopo da pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica \u201cAdote um Centro Comunit\u00e1rio\u201d para incluir tamb\u00e9m outros espa\u00e7os esportivos e instala\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas voltadas \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica esportiva, social e cultural. \u201cN\u00e3o se trata da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de nova pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica ou de altera\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancias do Poder Executivo, mas de simples aprimoramento da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 existente, respeitando sua estrutura e inten\u00e7\u00e3o original\u201d, explicou o autor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Assim como o projeto original, a atual proposta visa melhorar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas e funcionais dos centros comunit\u00e1rios, espa\u00e7os esportivos e instala\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas, mediante reformas e amplia\u00e7\u00e3o das depend\u00eancias f\u00edsicas, al\u00e9m de incentivar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade civil e do setor privado nas melhorias destes espa\u00e7os, por meio de ado\u00e7\u00e3o e colabora\u00e7\u00e3o cooperativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n O projeto aprovado segue para aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o do prefeito Murilo F\u00e9lix (Podemos) para san\u00e7\u00e3o ou veto.
